Image Galleries

There are a number of differing types of gallery offered on this site:

Members' galleries

Galleries of images which are the work of one member and which contain a variety of images chosen by the member her/himself

Included amongst these galleries are links to the sites of those members of the club who have their own web galleries to show-case their images.

Themed Galleries

Galleries of images which are the work of one or more member(s) but which share a common theme or category.

Competition Galleries

Images which have been successful in various club competitions through the season as well as images submitted for each round of the Interclub Competition. Links are also provided to galleries of successful images from previous years of each competition in the hope that newer members will find these of interest in determining the type of image to submit for each competition.

External Web Site Galleries

Amongst these links are web sites which offer the opportunity to view the work of a single photographer and those which provide space for several or many photographers to show their images publically.

These sites are selected using personal recommendations from members together with positive reviews in Amateur Photographer and other sources.

The webmaster always welcomes new sets of images for web galleries (please include titles for each image) together with ideas for external web galleries which are worth including.
